“Struttura con ottime camere, pulite e spaziose.
Buona colazione.
Avevamo prenotato camera con 1 letto queen sofabed ma il divano letto, oltre a non essere pronto al nostro arrivo era molto scomodo, assolutamente non adatto ad una ragazza di 16 anni. Ci hanno proposto il cambio camera con una con 2 letti queen con maggiorazione di 30$ a notte tasse, abbiamo accettato anche se malvolentieri. Inoltre al nostro arrivo ci hanno avvisato che nei giorni seguenti una ditta esterna da loro incaricata...

“The Studio Suite was perfect! There was one Queen bed and pull out couch. I loved that the Studio Suite had a small kitchen with a full-size fridge, sink, cabinets with dishwater, electric stove, and dishwasher.
Breakfast was ok! They had some variety like muffins (which were really good), bagels, cereal, eggs, and sausage. My only complaint was that they ran out of certain items close to 8 am and had to wait for it to be refilled. Some of these items were coffee, coffee creamer, and sausage....

“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable.

“I was incredibly disappointed in the conditions of the hotel. It is very very ran down. The bug situation is insane. It’s common sense there would be bugs by a lake but wow. Can’t even open your sliding door to the patio or you’ll be swatting mosquitos and whatever else was flying around that they claimed weren’t mosquitos. However, my daughter and I woke up with several bites. Management was great. They understood and allowed us to check out and obtain a refund. ”

“Room was ok. Lampshade had stains and some of the lamp chargers didn’t work near the bed. All in all it was close to where we wanted to walk to but probably would stay somewhere else next time. There was also a dog across the hall that was barking from around 7 pm to 9:30 pm.”
