“The staff are absolutely customer oriented. From the front desk to the kitchen help and cleaning staff everyone was friendly, accommodating and basically welcoming! There was a clear sense of teamwork. Hopefully management realizes how fortunate they are to have such dedicated employees.”

“We upgraded our hotel stay to the Holiday Inn so we could be slightly closer to the concert venue. It was in the perfect spot and had everything you may need right nearby. My husband and I were respectfully greeted on arrival. We had a comfortable night's sleep and a warm good-bye from the staff in the morning! ”

“I want to give them a 10 out of 10 but the neighbors were so noisy! The neighbors stayed up partying until around midnight Saturday and Sunday. They were outside with loud music and screaming at each other. The house is the cutest place! The hosts were magnificent- we didn’t have hot water and it was fixed within the hour. I’d recommend it but just be aware if it’s a holiday weekend - the neighbors are very loud. ”

“It looks as if they are renovating rooms at this time. We had fresh paint and new flooring but the furniture was disintegrating due to water damage. The sheets and towels were washed but they were stained. There was dried gum wadded up on the edge of the night stand. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly though.”
