Hotel in zona Carolina Yacht Landing, Little River

“Nice place to stay”

“If you need a cheap stay here is your spot. Half the amenities won’t be accessible, or there will be caution tape blocking them off. Hotel was supposedly updated in 2024, but the only thing relative to an update was the tv and some paint. Everything else was barebones, and certainly odd noises throughout the night. Not sure where the hot tub was that was listed. It was a place to sleep, and we used it for just that. WiFi worked great though.”

“Clean room, hot tub was in operable but understand repairs need to happen. Breakfast was good for my 15 year old. This was our second stay. The last was 5 years ago and it was just as nice. We will be back.”

“Some mildew in the shower, the bottom of the bathroom door was warped and damaged. The breakfast was really just cereal, yogurt and waffles. Those being my only small gripes and not even issues. This place is amazing. Beach front with access. Showers at the edge of the beach to rinse off. Two pools and a hot tub.walking distance to the pier and restaurants.”

“The oceanfront rooms in the lowrise building were easy to access and we had an excellent view of the ocean on the 2nd floor. The only issue we had was the doors being very noisy when they close. The people in the room next to us opened their door at least then times in two hours after midnight so we didn't get much sleep. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“The service was very good, but the building is in very poor condition; it looks very ugly on the inside. They claim to be a non-smoking establishment, yet there were rooms with people smoking marihuana ”

“The room was clean. It’s a condo so we had to bring food, napkins and any other things we needed. We cooked for some meals. Fully stocked kitchen with pots and dishes and utensils. 3 coffee pots. Large beds. We were beach front. Several pools to use if you don’t want to swim in the ocean. On the boardwalk. I would recommend.”

“Excellent resort. Each room/apartment has oceanfront balcony and fully equipped kitchen. Onsite restaurant didn’t had vegetarian options but plenty of restaurants with 5-10 mins drive.”
