“We requested a 2 queen bed room - was called the day of check in to see if we would like to switch to a one king bed and if we would be willing to make the change, they would waive our parking for the extent of our stay. They called me back saying that was an error and that we would actually just be in the original room we reserved. Upon arrival which ended up being much later than anticipated due to travel issues, we arrived to a room with only ONE queen bed. In addition, it was 78 degrees...

“Spatious room equipped with small kitchen; good bed and nice bathroom. Personnel was nice. Location is convenient to city Centre and Restaurants. Free breakfast was very good. No free parking available. ”

“I went to Charlotte for a bed building event so I just needed a place to crash. Ease of checking in was great. The building was clean and had a smell of cleanliness and the room was clean as well. Had a little fridge for my leftovers from the BBQ joint. I plan on going again next year for the bed building event and will make arrangements to stay at Kasa again.”

“Above average breakfast and very nice staff. However…. 1. The parking garage situation was a mess. Stunningly inefficient. 2. There aren’t stairs you can use to go up to your room so there was always a line to use the elevator. 3. The shades were broken in the room so we could get it dark at night not open up fully to bring light in the morning.”
