“Awesome experience with great complementary breakfasts.”

“My family and I stayed overnight at the hotel with our two small pets. The pet fee was $20 per pet, per night. Upon check-in, the front desk associate was pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. The following morning, while attempting to take a shower, I slipped and fell in the bathtub. As a result, I injured my left wrist and twisted my ankle. The bathtub did not appear to have any non-slip coating or other slip-resistant safety features. When I checked out, I informed the front desk associate...

“Just about everything was good”

“Staff excellent, especially breakfast staff. Room was clean but didn’t get serviced. Front desk always had be right back sign. Large dead cockroach by the elevator never removed from Wednesday until Sunday evening though reported. But no sign of bugs in the room.”

“Had a very lovely lobby. Staff were polite and cheerful. Entire area was clean and well kept. Breakfast could use more variety. Loved our stay.”

“Nice place, quite”

“I checked in well after the standard check-in time and found my room still very dirty, almost like it was recently used. There was visible dirt on the towels and the shower floor was wet. I found dead bugs throughout the room & when I moved the couch, I found fast food sauce packets & other trash behind the couch. The flooring throughout the entire building was buckling and missing in sections. Just a bad vibe in general with the whole place.”

“I always stay here but the upkeep this time was extremely poor. The dishwasher had a foul smell coming from it which made the room stink. When I checked in I waited 15 minutes at the front desk while the worker hung out in the office socializing with someone. You could hear the whole inappropriate conversation. I will be using another facility from now on.”

“We got there right at 10p and the lobby door was locked. There’s a sign that says to pick up the outdoor phone to call front desk but it did not work. We tried calling the phone number but it was out of service. We banged on the door and no one came. We were not able to check in or stay at this place. We had to scramble to find another hotel. It was horrible.”

“The rooms that claim to have a queen bed are full sized beds. That is not acceptable please stop false advertising.”

“It was a good price and a safe place to sleep. The lobby and the room both smelled very musty like extremely musty. Every time the AC came on it smelled like mildew. But it was doable and it was the best price in the area and all we needed was a few hours sleep which we got. Check-in was easy and everything worked”

“I stayed here for five days. Checking in was quick and easy. Room was pretty good, aside from the fact there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.”

“Clean room and respectful staff”

“The property is very close to the interstate. The refrigerator is much bigger than your typical motel has. The room appeared clean but had a musty odor. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door handle had hit it a lot. The tv had no remote. The staff brought a couple to the room but were not the correct ones. I wasn’t watching much tv so I worked around it. The staff was friendly but didn’t always understand what I was telling them or asking about.”
