“Front desk personnel (Bree, I believe) was super friendly!”

There was a snafu with the Expedia reservation not showing up on their computer so even though I had them on the phone with Expedia and showed my receipt and messages from the property they refused to allow me to check in without making a second reservation and paying again for my prepaid reservation. There was Zero help from the desk clerk or the manager the next day. Expedia was able to help me...
