“The floors were a bit dirty and I saw a roach. The lady at the desk was friendly and addressed the issue. Didn't see another insect after that. This is my second time staying here I didn't have an issue the first time. I would continue to stay there when I am in Montgomery , AL. ”

“Be warned: cockroaches EVERYWHERE!!! I scrambled to get out before they had time to get in my things. This added to the stress of other issues this evening. Cory was amazing, but he refused to refund me and made it very challenging to just leave and be done. I'm contacting my credit card company as a result. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YO DEAL WITH AN INFESTATION!!! It's clearly a well documented issue and they don't care about fixing it. Also, all amenities were broken and "in the process...

“I stayed here for five days. Checking in was quick and easy. Room was pretty good, aside from the fact there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.”

“No iron each time I stayed. Easy fix to get rid of the rust on the refrigerators. The manager finally gave a room without rust on refrigerator. The receptionist seemed irritated that I didn’t want rust on the refrigerator. And invited me to fina another hotel. The rate was a good rate therefore I was invited to take the rust or leave it.”

“Pillow cases are old and dirty. Sheets are stained. Towels are old. Roaches. In the room. It’s all around nasty. ”

“The property is very close to the interstate. The refrigerator is much bigger than your typical motel has. The room appeared clean but had a musty odor. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door handle had hit it a lot. The tv had no remote. The staff brought a couple to the room but were not the correct ones. I wasn’t watching much tv so I worked around it. The staff was friendly but didn’t always understand what I was telling them or asking about.”
