“It was a quick trip for me- just an overnight but the hotel was pretty nice for a quick visit! Room was very clean and very quiet, the staff was wonderful- very kind and did a great job assisting me with patience and kindness. Breakfast was fresh, hot and a great variety! I'll stay here again when passing through Austin!”

“The hotel was nice and the room was good overall. My only complaint was the shower water pressure, which was very low, and it took a long time to get hot water. My room was on the 9th floor, so that may have contributed, but it still shouldn’t be an excuse.”

“The only working elevator was very sketchy and seemed like it would break any moment and smelled like weed. The room we booked had no electricity and smelled like cigarette smoke. Was moved to another room which had blood stains on the curtains, unclean surfaces throughout, no soap for the shower, stain on the sheet, urine spot on the bathroom floor.”

“I assumed that when I booked a hotel that is part of a franchise, it was subject to certain standards set forth by the Online Booking site and the Hotel Chain Corporation. Obviously, I was mistaken. “My bed was infested with roaches although it appeared to be clean and made up. The room had a roach infestation. Apart from that, the rooms looked renovated, modern and good looking for the price.”
