“Room was very nice and clean and well designed.
Plenty of storage space and well organized.
Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nice. Good water pressure.
It’s not in our usual location, but will stay here again when we’re in Austin again.
Staff was courteous. Check in was quick and simple.”

“The hotel was beautiful & exceptional. Front desk staff was excellent. BUT when we went to eat breakfast, there was a female staff member with all gray hair in her 50’s and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, i asked her a question and she didn’t bother replying she had an angry face and only gestured for me to give her my plate. Management please talk to her because that attitude she was giving off was unacceptable in such a fine place. I’m bilingual, and probably her same race, so that was definitely not...

“Great place to stay with pets. We chose this place because of the price and it was pet friendly with no extra fees and it did not disappoint. It was a great location.
