“Staff made me wait about 30 minutes after the check in time to get a room because apparently the cleaning staff was behind schedule. Then the room that they gave me had a half eaten bag of chips in one of the cupboards as well as a used towel under the sink area from the last person to use the room, which tells me that the room is not thoroughly cleaned. ”

“Front desk staff were kind but we could not stay there. The hotel and our room had not been vacuumed in not sure how long. It was in bad condition. ”

“Internet and TV was not working until later the first night. The elevator never working when we were there.”

“The room was very dirty and smelled like cigarettes. There were cockroaches and bugs everywhere.”

“There was no food available to purchase from the hours of 9am - 5pm. The pool was out of order. Having access to the listed amenities was part of the reason I choose to stay here. Knowing they were unavailable, I would not have chosen to stay.”
