“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“My brother dropped his phone between the elevator and the elevator door. It fell into the shaft. Maintenance was able to retrieve it!! We are impressed. This is our second time staying there. We really had a good time. We feel cared for and appreciated. ”

“Clean Hotel with big rooms and full kitchen, safe area just 20 min top downtown Austin, 20 minutes from round rock and 15 min from Hills area . Fuel Shell station 24h in front of the hotel, with Burger King and a pub just 2 minutes walking. The area seemed safe to me even if the Fuel station in the night let you use only a window with bulletproof glass, maybe for previous armed robbery, who knows, but if they are proactive maybe the danger is real, Austin is safe but is always Texas with guns...
