“A bit strange with the shower situation, but the room was cozy, clean, a nice selection of snack items, and the staff was super friendly. It's not going to be for people looking for 5 star room service, but for the price I paid, I will definitely be back again during my further travels to Austin.”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“The beds, pillows and bedding were so comfortable, clean and I especially liked the cover over the duvet, with sheet material, not with the sheet seperate, so you know no one else has touched it. It is hard for me when comforters and regular blankets are on the beds, I do not feel they are cleaned or replaced every time the room is services, seems like they only do the sheets, so this made me HAPPY!!!! “The staff was nice and none of this was her fault. I picked this hotel because it was close to our event and said it had a pool and hot tub. I wanted both in case the pool was cold. It had them but they were dry. Nothing about that on the site, when booking. One elevator was out and the second barely worked. It kept getting stuck. The carpet on our floor was so stained and ripped it was gross. Ice maker on our floor didn’t work either. Breakfast and coffee was terrible too. The place...
