“We stayed here four nights, two of those nights there were two different couples literally screaming at each other in the hall. There was a broken down pickup truck with flat tires and a car in the parking lot on jacks with no tires. The carpeting in the halls was filthy and the room maintenance was terrible. Everything was old and worn out and there were holes in the shower curtains.”

“I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. As soon as I entered the room, I was hit with a strong musty odor that smelled like mold. The room showed obvious signs of moisture damage, including warped baseboards, dark staining along the walls and trim, and areas that appeared to have mold or mildew growth. To make matters worse, I found roaches in the bathroom. The combination of the mold smell, apparent water damage, and pest issues made the room feel unsanitary and poorly maintained. The...

I booked with a third party and wanted to extend and she said she couldn’t and I would have to call third party Did not offer me ability for a new reservation but attendant took a while to understand I wanted a new reservation.”
