“The staff was great, but the room itself had several issues. Upon arrival, there was hair on the towels, black sticky residue on top of the toilet, and handprints all over the wooden sliding doors. I was also placed in a loud room next to the ice vending machine, the housekeeping room, and the electrical room, so I didn't sleep well. The room smelled strongly of wet dog. “We enjoyed the overall appearance of hotel and staff was friendly. Prime location as we were visiting UT Austin. We did not like that we paid pet fees to take our Shihtzu and on top of that got charged a noise fee which we were not told about beforehand as he would bark sometimes and was more than the original pet fees. Self-parking fees are almost as much as the valet fees. Parking should be included.”

I booked with a third party and wanted to extend and she said she couldn’t and I would have to call third party Did not offer me ability for a new reservation but attendant took a while to understand I wanted a new reservation.”
