“Checked in with two kids under 3 & my husband for Father’s Day weekend. It was around 10pm and we had just drove for hours, expecting our hotel and room to be comfy and ready for us to sleep in. I requested a crib when I made the reservation, & when I reminded them at the front they said they’d bring one in right away. We get into the room and it’s extremely humid - the AC was not working. “It was a quick trip for me- just an overnight but the hotel was pretty nice for a quick visit! Room was very clean and very quiet, the staff was wonderful- very kind and did a great job assisting me with patience and kindness. Breakfast was fresh, hot and a great variety! I'll stay here again when passing through Austin!”

“The staff was great, but the room itself had several issues. Upon arrival, there was hair on the towels, black sticky residue on top of the toilet, and handprints all over the wooden sliding doors. I was also placed in a loud room next to the ice vending machine, the housekeeping room, and the electrical room, so I didn't sleep well. The room smelled strongly of wet dog. I booked with a third party and wanted to extend and she said she couldn’t and I would have to call third party Did not offer me ability for a new reservation but attendant took a while to understand I wanted a new reservation.”
