“We had an overall great stay here, we were served by Mark when we checked in who graciously upgraded our room and didn’t charge us for parking which was very kind. The room was great, it was very spacious and the water pressure was amazing. There are a few broken tiles in the shower that need dealing with, and the pillows on the bed are too small almost more like couch cushion size rather than an appropriate size for a bed. “For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“Great breakfast! Room was spacious and the amenities were good. Loved being next to a Costco and a Taco Palenque the two things I need to survive a trip with kids. We’re fast to set up an unexpected crib. Would stay again, was an amazing stay for my kids as they left with little gifts from the treasure chest. Thank you for that so much!”
