“The building need maintenance as well as the rooms. Looks old, cabinets are flimsy, carpet is torn/old, showers were wiggly, and the pool was out of order. Looks like they will be closed soon if they don’t update ”

“Night check in staff was great. The original room we had the toilet wasnt working. She was able to reach out to the property manager and switch the rooms for us. Check in was fast and easy as well. She also took into consideration the location of the room for our comfort.”

“I'll be completely honest, first time ever doing a review of a hotel room, as soon as we opened the door there was an ugly odor, it smelled horrible, and since we were checking in late around 6 there was no way of getting another room, we thought maybe if we leave the AC running it will smell better when we come back in the evening, well the smell was even worse, went to ask if we could be switched and was told no again, the person at the front desk went to our room with a aerosol can and as...

“the electricity went out but came back on, but I was without tv and wifi for 2 days and when I asked the front desk staff about it he had a attitude and told me he doesn't know what to tell me I will have to wait until the morning shift comes in and see if they can fix it. I wasn't offered a partial refund or discount on my next stay, wasn't even given an apology”
