  • Bella Terra is a restored flat topped trullo in a beautiful private garden setting with sea views. It is located in the countryside halfway between Carovigno and Santa Sabina.Whilst in the countryside it is only 5 minutes drive to either the town of Carovigno or the beach of Santa Sabina. The garden has figs, plums, lemons, pears, apples, grapes almonds, olives, pomegranate and a few other exotic fruits when in season.
    Ideal for couples with the flexibility to welcome a couple travelling with one child.
    Discover the slower more beautiful side of Puglia in this intimate countryside hideaway near Carovigno.
    I make my own organic olive oil which can be purchased .
    A Puglian paradise with panoramic see views .
    Take in the views from your own private roof terrace and enjoy a sundown aperativo.
    Only 25 minutes drive from Brindisi airport! Its a very relaxing, romantic hideaway perfect for two people or extra person on single sofabed in living area.
    There are 2 hammocks, a barbecue and 5 metre circular pool for your private use only during the summer. Roof terrace with panoramic sea views
    Large patio area, table and chairs for your outdoor dining, large gazebo and BBQ. Stroll around the beautiful land and sample the fruit. The house has a gated drive and security system. Lovely four star hotel, (Corte di Fero) with a large swimming pool very nearby.
    Owners house next door using separate garden area and Louisa is on hand for any help or information about the area. She is very respectful of guests privacy. WiFi and Aircon linens beach towels and welcome breakfast pack included.
    Bellaterra offers a peaceful base from which to explore the characterful towns, local food, beautiful coastline and relaxed lifestyle of Puglia.
    A warm welcome awaits you and Louisa the owner goes the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable.


    Louisa is an artist and teacher. If you would like to have creative art lessons during your holiday, lessons are available from 9.30 -1.00 at a cost of £ 75 per person including materials.

    Holistic massage is also available.
    Louisa is a very experienced massage therapist incorporating sports massage, craniosacral therapy Reiki and Chinese cupping. Treatments are one hour.
    A warm welcome awaits you with homemade jam, fruit, bread milk eggs and wine.

Vacanza graziosa

Consiglio il soggiorno in questa casa, dotata di tutti i comfort, immersa in un rigoglioso giardino, molto tranquilla; situata in un punto strategico per brevi gite. Proprietaria molto ospitale, gentile e disponibile.

Gradevole

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane di puro relax, immersi nel verde ed a veramente pochi km dal mare. Sicuramente da consigliare. Un sincero saluto e un grazie enorme alla signora Luisa, proprietaria del trullo.

Soluzione spettacolare

Per dirlo in poche parole: abbiamo amato questa casa! La casa é ben attrezzata, tanto che risulta una buona soluzione anche per chi dovesse arrivare in aereo (ma é consigliato poi avere un'auto a disposizione), l'interno non é particolarmente spazioso, ma noi ci siamo stati in 3 senza problemi, all'esterno invece non vi mancheranno angoli relax al sole o all'ombra, dehor e tavolini per mangiare, bere, leggere... Avrete a disposizione una piscina tutta per voi, un barbecue, e un magnifico terrazzo completamente privato dove prendere il sole, anche integrale, se vi fa piacere. Louisa é una ospite eccezionale, sempre gentile e paziente, a vostra disposizione per qualunque necessità, ma assolutamente mai invadente e rispettosa della vostra privacy. Noi abbiamo approfittato della posizione della casa per visitare, Carovigno, Ostuni, Alberobello, Polignano a mare, Monopoli, Cisterinino, Locorotondo, San Vito dei Normanni. E diverse spiagge del litorale, tra cui la riserva di Torre Guaceto che consigliamo vivamente.

What a lovely and enchanting, peaceful place. We just loved it. So much space outdoors, a lovely pool to cool of, nice bbq, good airconditioning, we had everything we needed and more. Louisa is a great host who gives you all the privacy, but is there in a sec if something is up. So highly recommended!

Alles war besser als beschrieben. Man kann sich super entspannen während man in Pool abkühlt oder im Schatten sitzt und auf das Meer runterschaut. Louisa, die nebenan wohnt, hört man nicht und man fühlt sich wie wenn man alleine da wäre. Louisa war mehr als nett und freundlich. Auch das Willkommenspaket, das mehr war als beschrieben, ist super. Es waren 2 herrlich entspannende Wochen die wir zu Zweit bei ihr in Apulien verbracht haben. Wer Entspannung und Ruhe abseits vom Rummel sucht, ist hier richtig. Nur zu empfehlen.

Peace and Tranquilty

What a great location, loved the peace and quiet. Great base to tour from or just chill out, some nice local restaurants but all the facilities you need to dine in including the BBQ. The owner Louisa was really helpful with hints and tips about the local area.

Bella Terra is a very relaxing place with lovely sea views,plenty of places to sit or sunbathe and the plunge pool was great for cooling off.The property is on the whole well equiped and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.Ostuni is in our opinion the best of the local towns.

Perfect spot to relax

What a darling place to stay! Louisa went above and beyond to make is comfortable. The grounds are so relaxing and the trullo was charming. We would recommend having your own form of transportation as it is out in the country.

Nous avons très apprécié l'accueil de Louisa qui a une attention particulière pour ses hôtes (nombreux produits locaux à notre arrivée). Le logement est très propre, pratique. L'agencement de l'extérieur permet de passer un séjour reposant. A recommander les yeux fermés.

Great little get away from it all

Location was great if you're looking to 'get away from it all' like we were, but close enough to all shopping essentials and some interesting locations if needed. Louisa always discreet but on hand, more than generous and helpful when needed. Happy to recommend.

gîte nature idéal pour couple, au calme.

Idéalement situé entre la ville et la mer, ce gîte se situe dans un ecrin de verdure qui en fait son charme. Louisa est à l'écoute de toutes vos attentes et plein de gentilles attentions. A recommander sans hesiter.

Very peaceful

Had a lovely week here and the host Louisa was delightful and unobtrusive. Fabulous welcome pack and the homemade lemoncello was delicious! The property was small but very comfortable with all the facilies we needed and the outside space was fantastic! Private and quiet with great views! Not far from the town or the beach and easy access to the main roads to get out and about. Overall a good property, lovely host and good location!

Outstanding!!!

Fantastic host. Great location for exploring the area. The property and grounds were fantastic. We had everything we needed and more. We were treated to homemade jam and food and drinks in the fridge when we arrived. It was so peaceful and had amazing views and we would definitely return. We wish we had booked for longer!!

Paradisiaque!

Maisonette super bien équipée voire plus et très mignonne ! De nombreux espaces très cosy à l'extérieur afin de profiter de la piscine et du jardin au calme. Louisa est très accueillante et très discrète. Trullo à recommander sans hésitation 😃

Wir wurden von Luisa sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie ist eine hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sich ganz toll um alles gekümmert hat! Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in dem Trullo. Der Pool und die vielen Plätze zum Ausruhen sind einfach herrlich! Einen Urlaub in dem Trullo können wir weiterempfehlen!!!

Wonderful Stay

Louisa is a fantastic and experienced host renting a beautiful Puglia-Style, agritourismo influenced stone-cottage. We had a wonderful and calm stay. From the private rooftop you can oversee the coastline, take a book and relax. The house is located so that you can easily reach it by car but feel great privacy as there are no direct neighbours or roads that make noise. Overall, we can only recommend this beautiful property for a relaxing and romantic stay in Puglia!

A perfect getaway

It's a small apartment on a sprawling property - the apartment itself is lovely but the real reason to love the place is the outside. Lots of nooks and crannies to get some sun, take a nap, cool off (the pool and the outdoor shower). I only realized when I came back to Rome for a couple of days how much Louisa's place had let me disconnect and relax. It was everything I was hoping for in a rural Italian getaway.
