“Very clean room and comfortable bed and pillows”

“Not a lot to like. Ordered a delivery to room from Pizza Mart Kent after picking up brochure from hotel check in counter which was pointed out to us when we asked where we could get food. “Pleasantly suprised! Great value for money, very near SEATAC”

“Room was nice however bathroom smelled like urine walls were so thin I could here the other person next door in other room moving and coughing”

“I checked in and was told I no longer had a king bed due to issues with the rooms. I asked if I would still get my balcony and they said no. The staff did not offer anything that may have eased my experience. I had to ask if there was anything they could do for me and they waved my $20 dollar parking fee. I did not not receive anything remotely close to the room I had reserved and paid for prior to my arrival.”

“Not impressed”

“Loved everything about”
