“Super friendly staff, especially the manager, clean place, but did not adequately stock breakfast for Saturday morning's huge crowd, and they ran out of a bunch of stuff well before breakfast closed. ”

“1. When I checked in they said although I had a reservation no rooms were available and he would have to change my reservation because I had a service animal and were only allowed on 1st floor. 2. Gave me room 127 and it had no hot water. No place to move to until morning and he would have maintenance come, never did. Ended up washing in cold water for funeral. Got told will have to change rooms when I get back. 3. Moved to 223 queen beds when booked king suite. This room bathroom plugged did...

“Very disappointing stay. The room and bathroom were not clean. We found a cockroach in the room/bathroom area, and the bedsheet had what appeared to be dried blood and several dirty spots. The coffee machine in the room was also broken from the beginning. We reported it to the staff, but no action was taken. My son was sick that night and needed to drink a lot of water and use the bathroom frequently. Because of the cockroach issue, we asked the front desk if we could move to another room, but...

“We could not spend the night there as our keys stopped working. Front desk closes at 10pm, so no one to help. We walked to nearby hotel for the night stay. So over all we did not have good experience at all.”

“Esperienza nella media visto il prezzo e la zona, ma giudizio nel complesso insufficiente. Operatrice gentile, ma la camera era sporca, con odore di fumo, cenere sul comodino, macchie di origine sconosciuta su tutte le superfici. Il bagno in compenso era pulito. Materasso scomodo, porta che non si chiudeva completamente (entrava uno spiraglio di luce da fuori) e tanto rumore di auto dalla vicina autostrada da fuori”

“No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests.”

“The receptionist lady was unwelcoming, rude, easily irritated. When asked quest responded with impatient/harsh tone of voice. Room was clean, parking feels safe with the security guard in place. There was no breakfast place in the hotel. If there was, the lady on the desk didn't say.”

“Hotel mediocre, la prima camera assegnata aveva cattivo odore di fumo, tant'è che abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera e ce ne hanno assegnata una pulita ma con evidenti difetti (es. mattonelle del bagno rotte che cadevano al tocco). Nella hall c'era un odore sgradevole di ristorazione. Di positivo lo shuttle gratuito per l'aeroporto ma consigliamo di prenotarlo tramite la reception, prima della partenza perché loro non mandano messaggi al riguardo.”
