Hotel vicino a Kent Valley Ice Center - Seattle

“I don’t have any complaints about the hotel. We just had a communication problem at breakfast. Pancake machine was not working and we couldn’t communicate it to the hostess. We ended up just having toast.”

“We found a roach in our closet. The jacuzzi wouldn’t warm up either. The hotel was decent aside from worrying about bugs once we found one in the closet”

“Comodo da raggiungere, pulito, personale gentile, silenziosissimo Internet veloce, colazione e parcheggio compresi. Valida alternativa agli hotel di Seattle, ingiustificatamente costosi e spesso con i servizi tutti a pagamento!!!! Con 15 minuti di auto si raggiunge il centro di Seattle.”

“The staff was nice. However, I reserved and paid for 2 queen beds on Expedia, but when I got there, I was told that I paid for a single queen and I had pay extra for 2 queen beds, even though my Expedia reservation stated 2 queen beds. It was late at night and we were tired, so I paid the extra, but it didn't seem right. We won't stay there again.”

“Was a good stay stay if i count it by room , but lift was not working, hot tub didn't work, toiletries were not filled, room service for cleaning was not given even when we told them to. Breakfast was very basic.”

“we arrived at 2am, the lobby smelled bad, we booked a king size room, they said they needed to give 2 queens, the king bed were in the back and ppl do not good things back there, (that should have been our clue to leave) we got to the room and it was 2 full size beds, we went back to desk he then gave us a king size room, we walked in and it smelled like rat pee, the chair was nasty and the seat looked like the stuffing had been removed, the couch not only had stains, there was dried food...

“The room was alright. The staffs were helpful when I met them. There was very limit staffs after 11pm. On my first night checking in, there was no staff working at the front desk. The day manager had to come back to check the guests in from an iPad. The property was very old and not well kept at all. During my stay, as I was walking out from my room to the elevator, there was a guest letting his dog urinated near the elevator door. The staffs left it there to dry. No one was cleaning it. “Esperienza nella media visto il prezzo e la zona, ma giudizio nel complesso insufficiente. Operatrice gentile, ma la camera era sporca, con odore di fumo, cenere sul comodino, macchie di origine sconosciuta su tutte le superfici. Il bagno in compenso era pulito. Materasso scomodo, porta che non si chiudeva completamente (entrava uno spiraglio di luce da fuori) e tanto rumore di auto dalla vicina autostrada da fuori”

“Great location for the airport the next day. Room was clean and huge! Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.”

“Very nice room! Close to the train station so it was easy to get around without a car or uber. Only thing I didn’t like was the hotel staff behind the counter at the time of our check in. She made us uncomfortable and made some jokes about stealing our things out of our bag and selling them to get rich when we asked her to hold our luggage.”

“Airport shuttle was fabulous! The local restaurant shuttle was a bonus. 12 pm checkout was excellent too. Loved the front desk recommendations for restaurants were great.”
