“1. When I checked in they said although I had a reservation no rooms were available and he would have to change my reservation because I had a service animal and were only allowed on 1st floor. 2. Gave me room 127 and it had no hot water. No place to move to until morning and he would have maintenance come, never did. Ended up washing in cold water for funeral. Got told will have to change rooms when I get back. 3. Moved to 223 queen beds when booked king suite. This room bathroom plugged did...

“We could not spend the night there as our keys stopped working. Front desk closes at 10pm, so no one to help. We walked to nearby hotel for the night stay. So over all we did not have good experience at all.”

“Very very very dirty room. Molding, cracked paint on walls, dirty carpet, bathroom tub moldy, stained sheets. Overall, dirty. Definitely needs a deep cleaning and repairs done. On the side note, front desk reception was very very friendly and attentive.”

“We just stayed for one night before flying out but it was a nice room. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was okay, but the floor in the breakfast area was super sticky from syrup.”
