Operatrice gentile, ma la camera era sporca, con odore di fumo, cenere sul comodino, macchie di origine sconosciuta su tutte le superfici. Il bagno in compenso era pulito. “Found 2 bugs and changed to the room next door. Front desk guy seemed irritated when I called to request for that room change. Went to front desk & showed the killed bugs and they didn’t look surprised or curious, no explanation whatsoever or apologies for the inconvenience. Night 2, keys won’t work and had to go back down again to have them reset. “I called the hotel before leaving Miami and asked would the shuttle be running when I arrived at midnight? the answer I got was YES sir. When we arrived I called the same number and was told there is no shuttle service take a cab. the cab cost $40.00 plus tip.”
