“We booked because we were stranded sue to typhoon Basyang. The internet was very poor so Errors on the booking reservation that led to a double booking were not resolved because the property manager did not want to fix it.
The second room was never offered even as we have paid for it.
Never use Cebu Rooms with Aisha Osano. She was not accommodating and will never offer any solutions.
The units are messy, dirty and unclean. Save yourself the hassle and book with hosts with better rating...

“Let me start with the good.
The view of the ocean in the distance was great.
It's not hard to see my room had not been cleaned in a long time.
I can see black mold in many areas of the bathroom.
The room had a bad smell.
Within the first 30 minutes of being in the room, we both saw three cockroaches.
One was dead under a table.
we checked in shortly after 2:00.
It was brightly lit in the room.
I knew that once it got dark many more cockroaches would appear.
