“The only two possible good things about this place is d at the front desk and Mark in maintenance. The floors were sticky, our TV was broken, the bed was lumpy and lopsided, the waitress didn't show up for breakfast so all that was offered when paying for breakfast was muffins, luckily Dee was amazing and she made things right with us. The parking situation is complicated there was no valet when we arrived so we sat in our car for 10 minutes wondering what we needed to do, will definitely never...

“I have stayed in many hotels in PGH. This was amazing and within walking distance of a bus that goes straight to the Ott campus and beyond. I loved its quirkiness! If you are young it has a nice bar. And even though it does not have a restaurant or serve more than coffee, they have tables for guests to bring their food and eat. Thoughtful!”
