Questa casa vacanze si trova nella posizione più dominante della popolare North Bay di Carrickalinga.

Goditi i suoni rilassanti del surf davanti alla tua porta. Le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto ti permettono di vedere l'oceano che cambia per sempre in tutte le stagioni dell'anno, il sole estivo o le onde invernali. La casa offre tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza perfetta con la famiglia e gli amici, puoi persino portare il tuo cane!

C'è una sistemazione per 12 persone su tre livelli.

Al piano superiore comprende 4 camere da letto, due al piano principale con letti queen size e bagno in comune. C'è anche una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un'ulteriore camera da letto con 2 letti singoli sul soppalco che ha anche un salotto con divano letto.

Bella sala open space, sala da pranzo e cucina. L'area lounge è dotata di smart TV, con foxel e soundbar. Riscaldatore a combustione accogliente per l'inverno, ampia sala da pranzo per soddisfare tutti per le cene di famiglia e una moderna cucina Farquhar con due forni, piano cottura a induzione, bar per la colazione, sgabelli, lavastoviglie e cucina ben attrezzata. C'è WIFI da utilizzare durante il soggiorno.

C'è una lavanderia, toilette separata e ulteriore bagno a questo livello insieme ad una bella veranda con un salotto e un tavolo che può raddoppiare come un'altra sala da pranzo.

Goditi le viste più mozzafiato dal balcone con mobili da giardino.

BBQ nell'area del cortile.

Al piano di sotto è un'unità autonoma con due camere da letto. Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e una singola e la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale.

C'è un angolo cottura con sala da pranzo separata. Il salone ha di nuovo la TV con Foxtel

Il bagno ha una vasca da bagno, doccia, WC e lavanderia. Un secondo barbecue all'aperto per 6 persone.

Dream holiday

My husband and I were the youngest among our group. We were supposed to be 11 but one of the ladies had a stroke so she wasn’t able to come. The eldest member of the group is 92, luckily he can still go up and down the steps. We opted to stay up as most of them had knee surgery , one of them is legally blind, having said that , we still enjoyed the stay in your beautiful house,in fact they are already planning to stay there next year.

Time Out

Celebrating family member’s, was a great winter get away. Loved how much thought has gone into ensuring catering needs met, I packed allot of stuff which wasn’t required as supplied. Only suggestion, a fire guard would be good for those who wish to use it. We had a 2 year old with us so we lit the fire at night only when he had gone to bed, would have liked to have option to light during the day but we agreed too risky.

JUST BEAUTIFUL - A RARE TIME TO GET ALL OF THE FAMILY TOGETHER AND EVERYONE enjoyed themselves. How could you not - even had a whale just out of the window putting on a show for 1 and 1/2 hours. Weather was also very kind to us for July. Lovely lunch Saturday at Lost Phoenix Farm. Thank you.House was excellent - never know what facilities a place will have - you had it all.

Excellent place to stay for all ages. Downstairs apartment great for the young family with us, giving them their own space plus allowing the adults upstairs to sleep in. This property was exactly as shown online. Very spacious and located on absolute beachfront with uninterupted views which were spectacular. The open plan kitchen dining and living area was perfect for our celebration. The wood burning fire was a great feature adding a warm ambience to our stay. Views, Views and Room a plenty

This property has it all. Not only does it have the best views in Carrickalinga, but there is so much room. We were a family group of 12 varying ages from 3 years old to lets say over 60. There was enough space for all, places for the kids to relax and balconies for the adults to relax and take in the stunning views. Beds were comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
