For example, cups and bowls put through the dishwasher to ensure they are cleaned well.(Some were not very clean and appeared to be just rinsed, not washed prooerly. Check fridge and drawers are clean. We noticed food wrappers in several drawers in our room.”

“I booked last minute and was able to get a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony. Staff were very helpful, friendly and a 24hr front desk was great, plus a free coffee machine at reception. Bed was soooo comfortable! Loved it”

“Abbiamo soggiornato al Crest on Park quattro notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'hotel si trova nel quartiere St. Kilda che è molto vicino sia alle spiagge sia all'Albert Park. Il centro dista circa 40 minuti con i mezzi e circa 15 minuti di auto. La nostra stanza ho soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative: pulita, ben accessoriata, letto comodo, macchina del caffè con cialde (quindi caffè molto buono), bollitore, tostapane, TV e un ben assortito set di cortesia. La colazione è inclusa...
