“This is our 3rd stay at this property and the experience is consistently fantastic!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless. The breakfast has always been fresh and the choices are great!! Two of our visits were holiday weekends and even though it appeared the place was full I didn’t hear anyone above us or in the rooms next door. The location says at the Tucson Mall it’s actually a few blocks away so not all the crazy Mall traffic but the convenience of shopping and...

“Room was clean and good sized. Towels good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than expected with a large variety of options including 2 sizes of make your own waffles.
Interesting that the 2-floor hotel has 100 through 400 numbered rooms on all floors, but dedicates odd numbers rooms on the first floor and even ones on the second floor.”

“The air conditioning unit was not working and the night was unbearable. They didn’t have another room available and when we checked out the desk clerk said that they were not supposed to rent that room because they knew the AC was not working. I paid for my room in full when I booked it 4 days earlier. No excuse for us being placed in that room”

“The staff is lazy, we had to call 5 times for a shuttle, they wouldnt even answer the phone. Old dirty pair of mens socks left in our room, front desk Nathan said, o sorry it hapoens all the time,
had to wait an hour for towels, went to desk for towels and was told no, we had to wait at room. For 200 bucks a night, service was horrible. Won't be returning.”
