“Check-in was easy. They sent a text with ur room # and door code. Got to the resort and parked and unloaded…. No issues. The room was spotless. While this is an older facility ( (50’s ?? ) which has been renovated it served our purposes well. Full marks !!!”

“The place is rundown and badly in need of renovations and a good cleaning. We were glad to have booked the Penthouse, which probably was the better place to stay. Our coffeemaker broke down on the first day, and when they brought another one I had to give it a good cleaning first before I could safely use it. Staff seems unprofessional. We enjoyed the beach just across the street and the bed was comfy, but we wouldn't go back.”

“It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. ”

“What a fabulous little place. My husband and I were there over the weekend for a family gathering. The staff were so friendly and kind when we checked in and the room itself was spotless. We had a standard king and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room and very quiet too. We will definitely stay there again and will be recommending it to others. ”
