“The room was clean. However, a couple of bathroom floor tiles were cracked/chipped. There were no info guides in the room to indicate how to use the tv, pool hours, location of vending/ice machines etc. The soft drink vending machine was inoperable for the 3 days we were there ... always sold out and no effort to restock it. As mentioned, the tv was frustrating to use. There was no channel guide and it turned out very little selection.”

“It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. ”

“This is by far one of the nicest, cleanest, most well kept motels I have ever stayed in. I spent 9 nights there waiting on my new rental home and every single day they were painting, cleaning, repairing anything that needed a touch up. I loved my room it was immaculate.
