“Stayed 1 night to go to a concert - awesome location, close to TD coliseum and walking distance to GO train . Room was updated and clean. Continental breakfast was small but had good selection and was decent overall. Would definitely stay again If i need to go to Hamilton.”

“Very no frills - I asked about our sofabed being made up and the receptionist told me how to do it myself. Reception also told me there were no other rooms available (I was looking for a room with doubl beds), and my friend checked in after me and was upgraded to a significantly larger room. (I was not even given an option to pay for a larger room.) The one bright spot was the staff overseeing the breakfast (which was pretty good). The staff was kind, friendly and as accommodating as possible.”

“The breakfast choices are limited for those with dietary restrictions. It would have been nice to have plain unsweetened yogurt. All the yogurts were sweetened with sugar. Also, the fridge holding the yogurts was too cold, resulting in almost frozen yogurt.”

“Stayed in the Beasley room for the night and it was exactly what we needed. Located in a lovely heritage building, the room and house is full of character. Super comfy and clean, both the room and common areas were very well kept. There are multiple well stocked washrooms and the kitchen looked recently installed or renovated. The staff was present, kind, and helpful. Would come back in a heartbeat!”

“The staff was great. That's where the good parts stop. I stay at budget hotels and motels all the time, and I have to say this one takes the cake for feeling cheap. There was an ambulance visit to the hotel. When I asked why they were there, I was informed that someone needed help due to a black mold problem in their room. The bed was just okay, and the mattress was torn around the corners. I hated that the toilet did not have a proper cover/lid... it really made the bathroom feel like a...
