“Buono”

“Colazione sufficiente”

“When checking in we requested to be in a room that was not close to the elevators and shared we wanted to be in a quieter area - close to the elevators tends to be noisier. We were placed in room 502 facing Upper James. It was very loud. My advice would be to ask to not be placed in a room facing Upper James due to the constant traffic - especially at night. There were lots of unknown stains on the ceilings, walls and sheets. There is no water pressure if that matters to you. The TV / cable did...

“Friendly stuff, and good service.”

“Clean room! Great stay”

“Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy parking, close to lots of amenities and quiet”

Hotel is ruim.

“Have stayed a number of times, and always clean and comfortable.”

“Ottimo Hotel”

“Beautiful hotel. Immaculate service and property”

“Many of the features shown on their website are no longer available which would have given it an excellent rating but not so very disappointed. The Hotel and rooms were very clean and nice, staff very friendly. The price was right but check out features and entertainment facilities that are available to your at time of Booking.”

“Great spot for charactercool old architecture! I was able to check-in early and check-out later, due to a very late flight. While waiting I was able to store my suitcase and check out the castle! First time in Hamilton and I will certainly be back.”
