Told they’d be “fast” when I needed to pee first… I thought bathrooms need to be accessible to guests… Housekeeping need to clean baseboards in the bathroom. Showers need cleaned better making sure they get around the shampoo and conditioner bottles that hang on the wall and the pillows are destroyed from being washed too much and parking not suitable for the amount of rooms. “The first room smelled and the toilet was "slow" to flush amd then just wouldn't. Theroom pho e didnt work and had to go down to the deak t I report. They did move me to a room with a working toilet and phone. I appreciated the move There was a pre teen basketball team staying and lots and lots of running up and down the halls. Breakfast was good. The person making it and making sure stocked was good.”

“Our room was very spacious. Curtains could not close completely because hooks were missing, spacious bathroom but very small shower with no shelf for shampoo or soap. Our room was uncomfortably cool and there was no way to turn up the heat.”

“Very comfortable and cozy historical home. Gwen and Ken thought of everything to ensure all needs were met. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful view. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Overall, we had a great stay. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, and the location was excellent for getting around and enjoying the area. A couple of small improvements that could enhance the guest experience: - Providing additional coffee for longer stays would be appreciated - It would be helpful to communicate in advance that parking is limited and may require a reservation for those traveling by car”

“The room was mostly clean, but it wasn't fully vacuumed. There was white stuff on the chair, the furniture was old. Staff was polite, breakfast was standard, but clean. ”

“Room was nicely renovated and very clean. Gym and pool were clean and we had fun using both amenities. Great for a night with two kids before a morning event downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby!”
