“Our room was clean and spacious. Wifi and smart tv worked well. The property itself is very Balinese which I loved. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside is its a distance. ”

“가격대비 정말 좋은 곳인거 같다. 프론트 직원들 대우도 좋았고... 음식도 맛있게 잘 먹었다. 화장실에 나오는 물은 폭포같다. 샤워기가 없고 돌..? 에서 나오는 진짜 폭포처럼 물이 나와 너무 재밌는 경험이었다. 주변에 예쁜 폭포가 많아서 좋다. 근데 식당이 딱히 없어서 숙소 안에서 해결해야 함. 한 가지 아쉬운건 수영장 수질이 좋지 못하다 오래 청소를 안한거럼 뿌옇다... 그래도 깊어서 좋았고 수영하고 나서도 피부에 아무런 문제가 없었음”

“The grounds are filled with amazing gardens kept by the gardener "Agung". Dayu Made and her team cater to your every need, nothing is too much for them. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night honeymoon stay and made good friends with all the staff. The Bales (buildings) have lots of character and are finished to a very high standard. With a great pool and even better Balinese food cooked by the staff, we hope we can visit again in the future.”

“La struttura ha moltissimi difetti per un 5 stelle, nonostante sia molto bella e con un personale ottimo e disponibile. Entra luce al mattino presto dalle tende veneziane nella stanza superiore, di contro scarsissima illuminazione la sera (non si vede quasi nulla e non c’è neppure una luce per leggere un libro), sempre dal mattino presto l’housekeeping inizia a suonare i campanelli all’esterno delle ville per rifare le stanze (svegliando tutti), quasi impossibile trovare posto nella SPA in alta...

“2人だったので奮発して、スイートに泊まりました。部屋はとても贅沢で、広くて綺麗でホテル滞在時間をもっと伸ばしたかったくらいです。スタッフの人も常に挨拶してくれ、気にかけてくれ、大変安心して滞在できました。一つだけ残念だったのが、お湯の使用量に制限があるのか、バスタブにお湯を貯めることができませんでした。”

“Great staff and excellent amenities, very helpful with anything you may need. Literally anything I went and bought a bunch of fruits from the market and they took it and chilled it and gave it to me cut and ready without me even asking if they can, they went out of their way to do that. So yes this place is amazing especially the staff”
