“In my opinion, only the breakfast needs improvement. For the rest I would say that our family room was very spacious and clean. For the location I would say excellent, facing the Niagara River, you can reach the Falls by car in 10 minutes.”

“Left and canceled because if you're on the the ninth floor in a non-smoking room there is a vent that the upper and lower floor shares and when they smoke your non-smoking room turns into a smelling cigarette fest. So I left early due to my wife having asthma we just couldn't take the smell. Other than that the casinos are small and the area of the hotels and main entrance looks a bit like a modern elk Lodge no microwave in the room as well and eating places close by 10:00 pm ”

“Perfect location, attentive staff - right near the Lucy statues. Nice history and photos throughout. Very near National Comedy Museum which is a must!!!!”

“Unfortunately, didn't make it down for breakfast. Lots of parking. I like the mini mart in the hotel for those late night cravings.”

“All’arrivo il terzo letto non era stato fatto. Abbiamo chiesto che venissero a farlo ma la cameriera delle stanze non era più in servizio. E’venuto un tipo che lanciando i cuscini e sbattendo tutto, ha portato delle lenzuola di dubbia pulizia e stropicciatissime e fatto il letto, tipo “ cuccia del cane” e senza trapunta e copriletto. Abbiamo protestato con la manager chiedendo delle altre lenzuola pulite e un letto fatto come si deve o di cambiare stanza se non avevano lenzuola pulite e...
