“Very nice ”

“The staff were very helpful, but the room was inefficient, the curtain broken, the biggest room has tiny bathroom, hot water was not enough for more than 5 minutes shower, with that enormous room has tiny fireplace, it was very cold, the room keys were not work properly. I was disappointed. ”

“The check in experience was fantastic and they drove us to our cabin. Our stay was marred by a subpar bathroom experience. The shower leaked everywhere. The shower stand was wobbly. Yet when I had hotel staff check they made it seem as if this was an issue but they didn't fix. So we had to deal with a sopping wet floor the entire time. Very unpleasant. The picture doesn't quite capture the issue. ”

“Beautiful hotel from the lobby all the way to the room! The staff (Wade in particular ) were so warm and welcoming. The staff showed us to our room and then they brought in our luggage! They are so thoughtful! One morning we had to leave early for cloud hunting and Wade prepared for us food to go since we would not return on time for breakfast. “Funny and cute for a short stay but not comfortable for multiple days. Bed was small for two and short for non-Asians if over 180cm. Very humid and somewhat dusty/smelly. Bathrooom too small to stand in the shower or move around. Water didn't drain properly after shower which made it problematic to use the bathroom hours after.
