Room could use a little TLC with things like a broken soap dish in the shower, but we are an active outdoor couple and don't need grand comfort. You are in the tropical jungle so expect bugs. “It was close to the beach and easily accessible by public transportation. The AC worked well. There was warm water for showering. Would have been nice to have a washing machine in the apartment. Overall the property was great.”

“Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. Meanwhile, my driver thankfully, carried all 3 bags up the stairs in the time she’d managed to call a colleague. “The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.”

“Direttamente sulla spiaggia di Morne Rouge, una delle più belle e tranquille. Camera molto spaziosa, un po' carente la pulizia. Personale gentile e disponibile. Non servito dagli autobus, si arriva in zona ristoranti con una piacevole passeggiata, 20 minuti a piedi, strada però in salita e dissestata. Ci tornerei sicuramente.”
