“Host really welcoming....breakfast was excellent...room was very clean and furnishings lovely ...bed was so comfortable.. Don't normally sleep well in a strange bed ..but had a fab nights sleep. Great for walks close by ..restaurants 5 minute walk x All in all 10 out of 10”

“We stayed at the property for 3 days and loved it. Mike and Carrie who own this property are a fabulous host and they made sure our stay is fully comfortable. My boys loved it when they chocolates on the day we were climbing the Snowdon mountain. The property is situated at a very good location not far from Betws-y-coed and the great part is Mike and Carrie have so well maintained the original character of this manor. We 100% recommend staying at this place.”

“Very quiet and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast.. I ordered a coffee as wanted a latte that wasnt included. It was no trouble and made at the bar.. delicious. The hotel is very clean with nice toiletries and tastefully decorated throughout. Staff were frieny and helpful”

“Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room was immaculately clean with very new fixtures and fittings. Food was simply amazing both for evening meal and breakfast. Plenty of parking. Ideal location for peace and quiet. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again the next time I am working in the area.”

“I stayed at this property for one week in mid-October 2024 and was fully satisfied with my stay. I was first struck on entering by its cleanliness - the condition was immaculate. The house is well laid out and the kitchen has all you need to settle in and take care of all your culinary needs. The bedroom I used was spacious and the bed was very very comfortable. “A parte le colazioni calde che erano ottime, le camere sono decisamente sporche, sembrava che le cameriere sistemassero solo il letto (bottiglie vuote non tolte, una farfalla é rimasta a terra morta per 3 notti, capelli non nostri in bagno….). Positivo, le colazioni calde davvero buone. Non ci tornerei più e non lo consiglio!!!!”
