“Hotel situato appena fuori città, camere ampie e pulite, personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.”

“The issue was mainly on the room. Dirty towels, left over soap from previous guest, & cockroach’s. With seeing a dirty restroom made us wonder if the bed was actually clean or simply made.”

“The air conditioner in my room was very, very loud. At first I thought that someone was running the motor on a diesel pickup truck parked right outside my window& I had a first floor room . It finally aggravated me enough that I looked out the windo - no truck just a car that wasn't running & no one was in it. All in all it mage for a miserable night. “I was there 5 days. Easy access from road. Fast check-in & helpful, friendly staff. Common areas: Clean, inviting lobby with 24/7 hot beverage area (warm Otis Spunkmeyer cookies one night!). Location: 11 mins from Sheppard AFB (my main goal), & the local nature center (lovely, inexpensive, & one of the only things to "do" in Wichita Falls). “I never checked into the hotel. When I arrived they asked me to pay for the room again in full. There was feas or bedbugs in the lobby. Never made it to the room. Will not recommend staying at that hotel”
