“The location is great. Walking distance to vaporetto and major areas, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself, in terms of rooms/furniture, was comfortable, and it has great potential. Unfortunately, we did have a few issues in terms of cleanliness, AC equipment, and communication prior to check-in for which we provided private feedback for improvement. We were only in Venice for a couple of days and still had a great time. We hope they address those items for future...
