“We enjoyed the pools, hot tub and tennis courts. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 and enjoyed being a short distance from downtown Moab and the national parks.”

“We had a great stay here in Moab. The condo was close to the city, Arches Natl Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. Communication with the manager was good. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment for preparing meals. Two master bedrooms with attached baths, washer/dryer...all great!”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at Cottonwoods 347. The house was attractive, clean, comfortable, and a short walk from downtown restaurants; perfect for a family of 4 to use as a base camp for a week in Moab. We loved using the hot tub at night to relax after a day of hiking in the national parks. “Quick walk to restaurants and shops while being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Quiet in evenings and easy access to multiple trails (especially Kane creek rd). Being Dog friendly is a must for us, and having a fenced in area with easy access via multiple doors was ideal.”

“I really liked this place. Lots of space for 2 couples. Watch out for the handle on the grill though, it’s a doozy lol. Couple of fender washers would fix that easily. Lots of room to work on your MTB if you’re into that. Parking space was a little difficult to find. It is more or less behind the property caddie corner.”

“This property was even better than described. Every single bed was comfortable. The master bedroom/bath was incredible and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was like nothing we have experienced. The location and parking was perfect. We had a very long trailer with 3 sxs's on it and there was enough parking on the street to accommodate us.”

“My brother-in-law and a mutual friend stayed here last week on our trip to explore Moab and national parks. Access instructions were clear and accurate, the unit was extremely clean. Kitchen and pantry were well supplied and stocked. TV’s worked well, wi-fi was excellent, and we appreciated the expansive DVD library. Watched “Breaking Away” one night! Bedrooms were comfortable, the master was very nice. And the price was right! I would definitely stay here again, and not hesitate to recommend...

“We came for a weekend of golf and hiking in Arches. The property was as described, and in close proximity to the pool. The only drawback was the hot tub was small and inadequate to accommodate all the condos in the development, and had very limited hours.”

“Lovef the location of this little cottage. Right in town so we could walk to restaurants and right on the creek and dog walking trail that runs through town. Perfect for our 2 dogs Only negative was issue with TV pulling in channels for downtime in the evening but Internet and wifi worked great so I just plugged in my personal fire stick and was good to go for the hr ncaa playoffs.”
