“The staff was very welcoming. Our room was clean and organized. The pool was warm and the area was clean.”

“It is cheap, and it shows. The "breakfast" had no protein, no napkins, no water., one fruit. the corridor was piled high with supplies (is this a fire hazard ?).”

Or be given a balcony room with a beautiful view of an empty pool, dirt, pipes as they refurbish the pool area. (Why did they not give rooms away from that when the hotel was NOT full). “The property was listed as pet friendly on Expedia, which was the primary reason I booked it. Pets not allowed. Expedia contacted the property manager regarding the discrepancy, and despite my providing screenshots clearly showing the property advertised as pet friendly, the refund request was denied.
