“The staff was very welcoming. Our room was clean and organized. The pool was warm and the area was clean.”

“One of the nicest hotel rooms I have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond in their assistance. Parking was off site but there was a parking lot across the street and in front of the hotel and told it was ok to park there but unsure if always the case in busier times. The attached restaurant was excellent and reasonable. The location was downtown and very convenient. My issue was they only had streaming on the TV and the internet access was down during my stay. “Location inside of Cedar Point was great! The hotel itself was fine. However, I am not sure we would ever stay again. We got there early on day one, well prior to check-in. Had to wait 1/2 hr in line to get to the desk. Obviously our room was not ready but we were able to get checked in and get out park tickets. They told us they would text us when our rooms were ready.
