“Great location for Catawba wineries, restaurants. Close to Cedar Point, ferry to Put-in-bay.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The staff were attentive and very friendly. We didn’t have any issues. Would definitely stay here again!”

“There was a couple of problems noted. 1. Hand sanitizer stations were full but inoperative possibility a battery issue. 2. Our room had no hand soap. The office didn’t have any either. 3. The parking lot has major holes that need filled. 4. Bathroom sink was plugged.”

“Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be ....

“The room was clean and bug free. However, the room did not have a phone to call the front desk or staff. No iron to press clothes to get out wrinkles. These things are mostly standard in hotels, but none were found here. The tv was functional but dated. WiFi was available which was a good thing. I did inquire about a golf cart and was given rate info, but getting instructions where to get one that had reasonable prices wasn’t easy. Fortunately, most restaurants were within a few minutes walking...

“Good electric hookups”

“The room itself was great and was very clean, however, there was absolutely no visits from housekeeping during our stay. No cleans towels were brought to us, no trash taken out. We had to get fresh towels twice during our stay.”

“The property did the trick for arriving at midnight and leaving in morning in terms of a room with beds. There are no elevators. The property felt unfinished or perhaps in transition.”

“Very clean rooms staff was nice and helpful parking was easy kitchen was simple but had everything you need I would stay again my room was premium suit it’s like small apartment almost big enough for me and my spouse and their service dog to have room to move around bathrooms very clean beds very comfy and clean”

“The best part about this hotel is the location and pool. If this hotel was located anywhere else, and they did not have a swim at bar, I would be giving them one star. The customer service from one of the girls was dreadful. The golf cart reservation that we made 2 months prior to the trip was not written down or saved. The girl at the front desk did not care at all and did not try to accommodate us or help us in any way. However, the men working there are incredibly nice. The breakfast sucks,...
