“Decent place to stay close to the interstate. Place was in reasonable condition, staff was friendly, and worked fine as a stop while passing through. Breakfast was okay but they didn’t have any hot sauce—in Louisiana! Would consider again if in the area.”

“when i arrived i received a nasty hotel room. The tub had not been cleaned and had pubic hairs all over it from someone else. The sheets were nasty and dirty with pubic hair on them floors was filthy black I was given another room when getting ready to check into that room my room had been sold to someone else so I was giving another room which was nasty and dirty so I didn’t want to continue the bounce all around so I took towels cleaning the floors wiping down, which was completely dirty and...

“The Microtel Inn in Ponchatoula, LA, said that Expedia never paid them for my stay May 18th-19th due to a "glitch" and claimed to cancel my reservation then tried to get me to pay them directly, but it didn't show up in Expedia and somehow was modified to the 17th which I didn't book. So, it still charged me so I had to dispute it with bank. Nasty outside propery, sketchy clerks. Awful service and I don't think they were telling the truth at all, I think they were trying to get me to pay twice...
