“Booked this for a mid-roadtrip stay. Hotel was very nice inside - room was clean and comfortable. Some frustrations: (1) room key didn't work so I had to go back down to front desk and get another one - not the end of the world but after a long day of travel was frustrating, and (2) Ordered food "to go" to eat in the room from the "restaurant" - really a bar with limited kitchen capabilities. “when i arrived i received a nasty hotel room. The tub had not been cleaned and had pubic hairs all over it from someone else. The sheets were nasty and dirty with pubic hair on them floors was filthy black I was given another room when getting ready to check into that room my room had been sold to someone else so I was giving another room which was nasty and dirty so I didn’t want to continue the bounce all around so I took towels cleaning the floors wiping down, which was completely dirty and...

“No where to park for big trucks”

“The hot tub was literally a garden tub in the room, the water didn’t get hot at all. The shower would not drain the entire stay, we had to manually hold the lever down each time. The Ac barely blew out, The wifi was out in our room 2/4 days we were there. Some guy cleaned his van right outside our window from 7pm until 3am. I get what you pay for, however it wasn’t cheap by any means. ”

“This room had mold and a cockroach. Had not been cleaned there was mold around the front entrance. I have 4 pictures showing the issue. We want a refund. ”

“Not secure in any way! Management are rude and condescending! They are not welcoming. This establishment woulnd not honor my booking through Expedia. They blamed Expedia compter systems for not getting payment and demanded that I cancel through Expedia and pay them cash!! A Scam!!! ”
