“Perfect little cozy place to stay right outside of Ellicotville. The kitchen is updated and great to cook meals in and the backyard is quiet and cozy. There is a side walk that leads you all the way into Ellicotville which is one of our favorite towns. Highly recommend staying here!”

“This place was perfect for our needs, and adorable to boot!! Staying in the barn was not only close to my son and daughter-in-law, but it was fun too. We enjoyed the antique furnishings and could even picture the parts of the barn that we were in when it was a barn. Very cool! This indeed is a great place to stay! Thank you!”

I loved that for the brief stay I did not need to purchase tp, paper towels, soaps, etc. owner provided those and many more items. It was such a nice touch that will definitely bring us back. The owner was accommodating and quick to respond to my questions. This clean pretty home is very walkable to center of town. Highly recommend!”
