“The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! We left around 3:00 am on 04/10/26 . Tried to get a refund but they declined . Chaffee Lodge is a JOKE & so is the long bearded fast talking lobby attendant ( "manager" LoL ) Also when my...

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating . The hotel was super clean and our room was very nice. Breakfast was good , sad we couldn’t enjoy the bar but most likely next time . Got a cute t shirt . Very pretty property”

“Hideaway Bay is truly amazing! So peaceful and relaxing. A perfect weekend getaway! We stayed durning Mother’s Day weekend so it was much slower then I assume it would be in the summer. The staff was incredibly attentive- always make sure we had what we needed. If you pass them outside, they are always checking in with you, which i really appreciated it. “Everything went perfect, nice place nice people”

“This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used...

“Staff and room was great. Pool was closed for construction, we didn't know that when we booked. The free breakfast was grab and go bags, they were ok, but didn't know that breakfast is only on the weekends. Great stay for my service dog.”

“WONDERFUL STAY, COMFORTABLE BEDS AND CLEAN ROOMS. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT WITH OUR STAY, LOVED THE SPACIOUS LAYOUT OF THE ROOMS AND BATHROOM. ALL AMENITIES WERE INCLUDED WITH EXTRA PILLOWS AND BLANKETS. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE TOILET, IT'S NOT FOR ADULTS, WAY TOO SMALL. WE WILL DEFINITELY BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.”

“Hotel molto semplice ed un po' vecchiotto, necessita di rinnovamento. Le TV in camera non funzionavano per "manutenzione" dell'impianto se ne volevi una te la noleggiavano a 20 $. La colazione a buffet abbastanza misera. E' allingresso della città per cui semplice da raggiungere, ma anche adiacente ad un enorme cimitero”
