“Rooms were renovated & clean, cleaning staff were unbelievably kind, BUT front desk staff was abrasive & rude and the “heated” pool was uncomfortably cold.”

“Loved everything about the place, except the breakfast. While there was hot bagels and engliah muffins. I would expect a hot breakfast from such a nice fancy place. No scrambled eggs or pancakes or french toast or bacon. Still loved the stay!”

“It's truly am amazing place to escape and relax. The lake it steps aways from your front door. Your own cottage makes is incredibly private. The esthetics inside is calm and serene and most important, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go back in the summer when I can actually get in the water. 10+”

“In desperate need of TLC. The door had a one inch space on the bottom. Had to stuff it with a towel. It would not close tight. The only place to hang your clothes was missing hangers and the bar to hange them on.”

“I had high hopes as this property comes highly recommended via Expedia reviews - however, it left a lot to be desired. First, I had to request a new room because the initial room I was put in had a busted ac/heating unit - like it was literally busted in.... The second room I was put in was better in the fact that the unit was intact, but would not respond to the wall thermostat - which I later discovered was not plugged in and the unit only responded to the built in controls. “The bathroom hat had a little spilled soap in the tub that I had to clean. Beneath the bed, there were large wood splinter pieces They required that I provide a physical credit card as opposed to a digital card in case of overages, which was inconvenient since I’m mostly digital. I checked in very late, but they could only accommodate me for 30 minutes over checkout time. Not the best value for the buck. I’ll tell more like a 2 1/2 to 2 star.”

“Well this is a grand improvement over the previous hotel that was there. This is modern, clean, bright, inviting and safe. There were no smells of someone's dinner cooking in the back room. The pool was closed for maintenance !! that's wonderful, keeping the hotel in shape. Will be staying there again when we visit family. Thank you job well done.”
