“This Quality Inn was chosen by us mainly for the price as well as the accessibility to the interstate for our next day trip to Niagara Falls. “I booked a room, when I showed up they charged me again and said they would fix it. I am now in a dispute through my credit card company. The air conditioner unit barely worked, air wasn't cold. The window was unable to close all the way leaving a crack all night long on ground level making me nervous someone would break in.
