“We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was excellent, walking distance of several great coffee shops and cafes and a short drive from many local attractions. John was an outstanding host. Very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Buffalo/Niagara Falls.”

“The duplex was pleasant. The stairs are old and steep but navigable. Be careful when you open the door. The disturbing part for me was the overly scented room fresheners. If a person planning to stay there has trouble with scents, a different place may be better. I was able to stay after spraying bedding with scent neutralizer..”

“This unit has a wonderful sunny large upstairs bedroom with a desk. Note that the bathroom is downstairs. The living room is dark and has old sofa and easy chair that smell of dog. Kitchen/bath are dated but ok. The exterior of the unit has dirty windows/siding and porch. The location is convenient to a grocery store and 15 minutes walk to downtown.
