Hotel a Falconer

“I was in the lobby at about 1a sat night/sun morning with a fully paid expedia reservation; no one was at front desk, there was a # to call, Kelly; spoke to her , was very rude said she was not on the property and can’t help me, said expedia is terrible and they “overbooked”; I said that is generally a good problem? she took offense and threatened to call the police to remove me from the premises and hung up. Ouch!! Not a good look, this new to be reported to higher levels. Happy to discuss...

“It was clean enough but I couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room and it was freezing. I had to use bath towels as an extra blanket. The breakfast in the morning was handled by only one person who did both the breakfast and front desk duties. They ran out of everything because the poor woman had to do both. It was a very busy Sunday morning and you would think there would be more staff.”

“Modern bedroom and clean. Comfortable bed. Great food in dining room. Ver friendly staff.”

“Room was clean with plenty of parking. I don't believe we had an ice machine on our floor but it wasn't terrible.”

“The first room we were given had a VERY HEAVY stale smoke smell. We were switched to another room on the 3rd floor, which was only accessible by a stairwell on the sides of the building as the Elevators have not been working. The side doors had no security locks. Anyone could enter at any time. The TV had no remote and was not hooked up to any type of satellite/cable.”

“L'hotel ha sicuramente visto tempi migliori. Bello e attrezzato, ma un po' lasciato andare. Abbiamo apprezzzato molto la piscina e le camere, spaziose e piulite. La colazione lascia molto a desiderare sia sulle quantità/varietà che sul servizio, alcune volte si dimenticano di esporre parte della colazione, ad esempio non ci era chiaro se e quando fossero disponibili gli yogurt. Ottima la posizione per visitare la foresta di Allegheny! ”

“Hotel molto semplice ed un po' vecchiotto, necessita di rinnovamento. Le TV in camera non funzionavano per "manutenzione" dell'impianto se ne volevi una te la noleggiavano a 20 $. La colazione a buffet abbastanza misera. E' allingresso della città per cui semplice da raggiungere, ma anche adiacente ad un enorme cimitero”

“Breakfast was wholesome and delicious with many offerings. The oatmeal was particularly good. Shout out to the breakfast area attendant, Katrina, who was very gracious and welcoming! The parking area was convenient, safe and well lit. The room was clean and comfortable.”

“This is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious with a gorgeous view of the lake. They have coffee stations on every floor which is very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.”

“Beautiful place, clean and wonderful. Breakfast should be more curated in my opinion.”

“The jet tub took at least a half hour to fill to where the jets kicked in, however the water never got above lukewarm! It took 5-10 minutes for the sink hot water to only get lukewarm! This was unacceptable, we couldn’t even take a shower in lukewarm water! There were communication issues with Expedia and The Hazeltine Owner, not responding to our messages.”

“Property located in center of Bemus Point, NY. It was exactly what I was looking for at Chautauqua Lake.”
