“Great place to stay that is within walking distance of SNHU and a lot of great restaurants. Staff was friendly. Room and hotel were clean. Do not prepay for parking, have it added to your room - it’s much cheaper! But you will need your room key to get in and out of the garage.”

“The breakfast was good. The staff seemed more interested in joking around with each other than serving guests. We were not informed that the pool would be closed for renovations. None of the staff members were able to explain how to use the fire pit at the chilling spot. One staff member (I believe) was even sitting at the front desk eating dinner next to the receptionist. Having worked in a hotel myself, I found this to be very unprofessional.”

“Better than most budget motels. I was quite happy with our decision. Maybe the pillows and bedding are kind of low end and the main trash at the front of the building was overflowing. But other than that things were great and we were happy to stay here.”

However, even though I had four different credit cards, from four different networks, none of them worked with the hotel’s POS terminal. “This hotel seems that it was recently remodeled. It was very clean, the room had all new furniture and fixtures. The only thing I would say is when remodeling hotel rooms... tubs should be replaced not sprayed w/ epoxy or paint. The coating was coming off on the tub itself so that would be my only compliment. Staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good.”
