“We had a great stay in Banff! The hotel was in a perfect location, close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area. The hot tub was really nice and relaxing after a long day out in the mountains. Breakfast was amazing with lots of great options and everything tasted fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!”

“Undergoing renovations and we started with banging at 0600 hrs this AM. Now, could this have been banging from the construction workers who are supposed to start at 0800 or was it the barrista in Analog coffee banging the crap out of the cappuncino coffee bean holder.. “Love staying in Banff close to lots of restaurants had an excellent little brunch/breakfast in the hotel. Very clean and nice amenities and beautiful hot tub/swimming option.”

“Fantastic location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Only suggestion is to swap the bodum coffee press with a regular coffee maker. With only small sinks to get water from it was a miserable mess. Loved too that someone had set up a telescope for guests to see an owls nest (with two adorable owlets and two protective parents). Amazing to see! For our next visit to Banff, we'll be back at the Juniper for sure.”

Ottimo ristorante per cene e colazioni con porzioni abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Camere favolose, con tutti i confort, bella vista delle montagne, camino vero funzionante che fa molto atmosfera, letti comodissimi e bagno moderno con prodotti Occitane ottimi. Parcheggi comodi davanti alle camere e una fantastica hot tube che non poteva mancare...

“La struttura si trova lungo la via principale di Banff e offre la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage sotterraneo a pagamento. Personale repection poco sorridente poco professionale, potrebbero tranquillamente cambiare lavoro. Hotel decisamente caro ma d'altronde la località è esclusiva. La colazione si fa in un locale indipendente annesso all'hotel: non c'è una convenzione e si paga salato. Insomma non indimenticabile il soggiorno.”

“The hotel has underground parking which was great! Our room was pretty nice. Hot tub was in the bedroom and was working well. Bed was quite comfy - very cozy. The bathroom was just okay - I wish there were more toiletries that hotels typically have. There was only one bar of soap and one shower cap, even when there were two people booked for it. It would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner in there. Breakfast was included, pretty decent. Bacon was done well, there were scrambled eggs,...

“Property is next to a construction site, we had mice in the room, however beyond that the room was clean, we had daily housekeeping, the staff were pleasant and helpful. I was not happy that the amenities are on the sister property across the parking lot however I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, the steam room had eucalyptus infused and I loved the jacuzzi”
