“The resort is a work site! As all work sites, the hall, the lift and even the room are all as dusty as a work site can be. And even if new is poorly built.. “Siamo rimasti inorriditi difronte al caos di questa struttura, un lunapark per bambini asiatici e famiglie che consumano ogni tipo di cibo a bordo e anche dentro la piscina con musica assordante, dalla reception nessuna informazione sull'area circostante e lingua inglese a livello scuola elementare. “I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. I did report it to front desk at checkout and I was assured it will be looked into. Otherwise, Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is nice. The breakfast/branch was great. Felt very safe. “Perfect hotel to get to Cebu Airport. Staff is incredible, making sure all needs are met and set up shuttle to the airport. Able to walk to many restaurants. Doorman also made sure that panhandlers did not continue to approach me while I was sitting outside reading a book and enjoying the atmosphere of the street. Room was just what I needed, clean, and a very quiet place even on a busy street. Thanks for providing a wonderful stay!”
